Overview:We are a fast-growing digital marketing and web development company specializing in B2B manufacturing, industrial, and product-driven websites. We build high-performance, multi-language, database-driven websites designed to dominate search rankings.
We are seeking a Technical Lead to own development, infrastructure, and deployment across multiple client properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all website development and deployment efforts
• Manage and QA site migrations (server transfers, CMS setups, domain changes)
• Oversee CMS environments (MODx preferred, but not required)
• Ensure sites are:
  • Fast
  • SEO-friendly
  • Structurally optimized for indexing
• Manage and coordinate with existing developers
• Implement technical SEO best practices:
  • Sitemap structure
  • Schema markup
  • URL architecture
• Troubleshoot hosting, DNS, and server-related issues
• Ensure clean, scalable code and deployment processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in web development (agency or freelance)
• Strong experience with:
  • CMS platforms (MODx, WordPress, or similar)
  • Hosting environments / server migrations
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
• Solid understanding of technical SEO
• Experience with:
  • Multi-site architectures
  • Product database-driven sites (big plus)
• Ability to lead and take ownership (not just execute tasks)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with multilingual sites
• Experience with industrial / B2B clients
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Analytics

Compensation:

• Contract: $40–$70/hr OR
• Full-time: $70,000–$95,000
