Overview: We are a results-driven digital agency working with B2B, manufacturing, and industrial clients. We manage multiple websites, SEO campaigns, and ongoing optimization projects.
We are hiring a Project Manager to ensure clients receive consistent weekly progress and communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Run weekly client check-ins
• Translate strategy into tasks for dev + SEO team
• Track deliverables and timelines
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Provide weekly progress updates to clients
• Keep internal team organized and accountable

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years project management experience (agency preferred)
• Strong communication skills (client-facing)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with tools like:
  • ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball

Bonus Points:

• Experience in SEO or web development environments
• Familiarity with B2B or industrial clients

Compensation:

• Part-time: $20–$30/hr (10–20 hrs/week)
• Full-time: $55,000–$70,000
